Source it, check it, ship it, document it
We work on the buyer's side of the transaction: supplier checks before you pay, inspection before the container is sealed, consolidation that fills the box, and export documents that match the goods.
How an engagement runs
Four stages, each with a written output. Nothing moves until you approve the previous stage.
01
Enquiry and scope
You send the product, the quantity, the destination and your target price. We reply with what we would need to check and what it costs.
02
Supplier check
We look at the trading entity, its registration, its production capacity and its references, then send a shortlist with the criteria we used to rank it.
03
Inspection and consolidation
Goods are checked against your specification before sealing, then packed with other orders so the container is used rather than half empty.
04
Documents and handover
Invoice, packing list, transport documents and the origin paperwork that applies to your goods are checked against the shipment before the file closes.
What the work looks like
Structural facts about how we operate, each one something we can put in writing.

5service packages
Orderable online, sourcing to monthly desk
Five services, one file per shipment
Each service can be ordered on its own. Most clients start with a supplier check and add inspection once a first order is real.
Supplier sourcing and vetting
Candidate factories and trading companies gathered, checked and ranked against your specification, with the reasons for each ranking written down.
Pre-shipment inspection
A check against your specification while the goods are still in the factory: quantity, workmanship, packaging and the points you asked us to watch.
Consolidation and shipping
Goods from several suppliers collected, labelled and packed into one shipment, with the loading plan and weights recorded before departure.
Customs documentation
The commercial and transport paperwork prepared and cross-checked against the goods, so what is declared matches what is in the container.
Ongoing trade desk
A monthly arrangement for buyers with repeat orders: supplier follow-up, inspection scheduling and document review as each order comes round.
Where the work happens
Quay and terminal
Collections, cut-off times and the loading window are confirmed in writing before the container is booked.

Warehouse and packing
Incoming goods are counted, photographed and labelled, so a shortage is found on the floor rather than at destination.

Routing and transit
Routing options are compared on cost, number of handovers and transit time, with the trade-offs stated rather than implied.

What we do, and what falls outside the work
An import and export agency sits between you and the suppliers, carriers and paperwork. That position is useful, but it has edges, and they are worth stating before you order.
Inside the work: finding and checking suppliers, inspecting goods against the specification you give us, combining orders into one shipment, preparing and cross-checking the commercial and transport documents, and keeping one file per shipment that you can read months later.
Outside the work: we do not certify goods, we do not issue customs rulings, we are not a licensed customs broker in your jurisdiction, and we do not guarantee a clearance time or a final duty amount. Duties and taxes depend on the tariff classification and the origin rules that apply to your goods, and those are decided by the authority that clears them.
If a question falls on the outside of that line, we say so in the written scope rather than in a footnote after the invoice.
Request a quote
Send the product, the quantity, the destination and your target price. We reply with what we would need to check and what it would cost. A quote is not an order.
Trade notes, once a month
One email a month on sourcing, inspection and document practice, drawn from the orders we are working on. Unsubscribe whenever you like.
Checked and written down before anything is sealed or shipped
We do not certify goods and we do not promise a clearance time. What we do is compare the paperwork with the goods, flag what does not match, and put that in writing before the container moves.

Flagged in writing before sealing

Start with the supplier check
Send the product and the supplier you are considering. We reply with what we would need to look at, and what it would cost to look at it.
